İdil Saguner is a general consultant and strategist working with governments, private investors, businesses and international organizations on multicultural communications, public affairs, reputation management, social issues management and super connector. She specializes in analyzing political and business risks in Sub-Saharan Africa and KSA. This includes producing forward-looking risk reports covering sovereign, fiscal and monetary policy, contract risks and operational risks (corruption and regulatory burden) for several global clients. Idil Saguner holds an MPhil in Political and Economic Sociology.

With a career spanning over four decades, Mr. Rountree has led some of the industry's foremost institutions, serving as CEO of VKF American Hospital and American Medical Centers Management, as well as Vice President of The Methodist Hospital. His expertise has been instrumental across multiple sectors, including public health policy, private enterprise, and academia, where he collaborates with governments of several nations on transformative healthcare initiatives.

Mr. Rountree earned his degree in Health Management from Harvard University and holds a Master’s in Hospital Administration from Washington University. He serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Program in Healthcare Administration at Washington University’s School of Medicine and at Istanbul University’s School of Business Administration.

Ghassan Youssef Mouawad

Mr. Ghassan Mouawad, a Boston University-trained engineer, serves as General Manager of Mouawad International Marine Company. His leadership is exemplified through high-profile projects, including the delivery of some of the world’s most opulent mega yachts. Since 1991, Mr. Mouawad has expanded into luxury real estate developments in Lebanon and Turkey and has further diversified into the energy sector, building a multimillion-dollar portfolio of international projects.

Mr. Tevfik Turel serves as Director of Real Estate Development at the Turkish Red Crescent, bringing over 30 years of expertise in real estate investment, development, and management. He is highly skilled in designing vibrant urban spaces that reflect and enhance local lifestyles and culture. He leads global initiatives for Houston-based Stewart International in Land and Real Estate Information Systems and Title Operations across the Eurasia Region. Since 2012, Mr. Turel has been a board member of the Turkish American Business Association, where he serves on the Discipline Committee.
